"Oh, the depth of the riches, the wisdom and the knowledge of God! How unsearchable his judgments, and his paths beyond tracing out!" Romans 11:33

Have you ever wondered how you got to where you are? If you're like me, your past is littered with mistakes, wrong turns, missed opportunities and unexpected surprises. You may feel that you've planned your life and laid out every step in advance, just to be frustrated that everything didn't work out as you had planned.

If you don't know God, then you probably view your life as anything but providential; coincidence or luck maybe, but not providential. That would prove that God exists and has a role in your life, wouldn't it?

Christians believe that God opens and shuts doors, provides supernatural intervention, plans encounters and guides relationships to get them where they are today. But, how can that be proved?

All through Scripture and specifically in Romans 11:33, we are told that God's action is beyond human scrutiny? Regardless of that fact, everything God does is subject to highjack by some religion that seeks credibility. While that excuse falls short, many Christians fall victim to such arguments, believing their lives are a product of luck and circumstance rather than Divine care.

"We must pay more careful attention, therefore, to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away." (Hebrews 2:1)   Where do we hear instruction? Listen to God's Word and thank Him for His providence in your life; ".. for it is God who works in you to will and to act according to His good purpose." (Philippians 2:13)
