Read the Bible through in OneYear

"In my vision at night I looked, and there before me was one like a son of man, coming with the clouds of heaven." Daniel 7:13

If you've never spent substantive time studying Biblical prophecy, the book of Daniel is a great place to start. You may be wondering why prophecy is so important. After all, whatever will be, will be, right?

Daniel was given a lot of information about the future. Through dreams and visions, the man we've come to know as the man in the Lion's Den, is responsible for giving us incredible detail about the End Time.

For example, did you know that Daniel's visions are the foundation for all the recent books by popular writers of prophetic "fiction?" It's true; without Daniel's writing, there would be little information concerning the tribulation period so popular in Christian writing today.

While in Persian captivity, Daniel had a dream where he was visited by an angelic messenger. This messenger responded to Daniel's prayer for clarity regarding the vision. The messenger was assisted by Michael, the archangel who overcame strong demonic resistance to deliver the message. He gave Daniel information concerning what would happen in the future and Daniel's writing delivered that message to us.

Think about the message given Daniel. It was so important, the devil sought to stop it; it was so important that God wanted Daniel to know it; it was so important the highest ranking angel fought off the devil who sought to destroy it; it was so important that many believers have lost their life to protect it and reproduce it in print; it is so important, most Christians seldom read it or seek to understand it.

That doesn't include you, right?
