" For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me and for the gospel will save it." Mark 8:35

A paradox is not two doxes. Instead, it's a true statement that seems contradictory. Jesus' words about losing one's life is certainly paradoxical, which leads us to a logical and personal question: Have we lost our life for Christ and for the gospel?
