Wednesday February 11, 2009

As for me, far be it from me that I should sin against the Lord by failing to pray for you.

No doubt we live in an answer society. I know that because natural man provides his own answers no matter what the question. Most often it's diametrically opposite to what's in Scripture and satisfies their humanistic world view. If they ask questions, they must be rhetorical so they can have talking points for their argument. Not me God. With every fiber in my being, I rest on the Righteousnes of Jesus and every claim He made as being factual, clear and personal. Thank You for the Word of God - life to those who believe in His name, like me!

Feb 11 11:18 AM [webservant] I don't think I'll ever get used to silent dialog. No debate, no Amen - no Oh me! No agreement, no disagreement, no praying for you and worse yet, if my attitude says "I really don't care," that's alright! Forgive us Father. We act like we're too good to bend over and pick up the scraps off Your table and don't seem to care what You think. Ignorance must be the silent killer of joy.
11:20 AM [webservant] I am the worse of all, for too often my silence has been considered consent even tho Your Spirit actively disagrees. I don't deserve Your grace, even worse I don't deserve Your attention. So unless I hear differently, that's what I'm going with.
11:23 AM [webservant] May my life demonstrate faithfulness and my willinness to preach without compromise and fear of contradiction, some degree of holy boldness. I plan to continue in preparation for a new generation, while keeping my eyes on you and not men. Help me!
11:27 AM [webservant] Also, help me finish the project and the race for Your glory and with a godly testimony that will honor you.
