Spilt a hair and you may slice your finger.

Live it
The stage was set to impeach a President for conduct unbecoming a President, lying under oath and a host of other improprieties. It has now become inconsequential for the sake of his legacy and political expediency. But who can forget President Bill Clinton shaking his finger at his accusers, swearing he did not have sex with that woman. Later under oath and when asked directly about it, he escaped a guilty verdict by arguing the meaning of the active verb, "is." As an expert in splitting hairs, Clinton became today's poster child for avoiding direct questions and failing to admit his wrong doing. Today, congress and the executive office is overflowing with disciples of Bill, whose mantra is to ignore the U.S. Constitution and The Bill of Rights, redefine what reasonable people assume, speak incomplete sentences without meaning, have someone write your responses if possible, and oh yeah, smile while doing it. Sadly, the only people deemed guilty by these people, who occupy the seat of authority for our nation, is the person who tells the truth and whose answer offends someone in power. Am I spelling "Kangaroo" properly?
Pray it
The days are gone when we look on government as being our friend. But we still honor it and it leaders even though their actions contradict your's, God. As always, our satisfaction is not to be found in this place, but when You reign and truth and justice are no longer optional. Until then, help me keep my eyes on the finish line and not and those who cheer or jeer from the stands.
