Live it
This week a renown sports personality was involved in a car accident just outside the driveway of his mansion. Emergency services were called and when they arrived, they found him bleeding from facial lacerations and lying on the ground beside his wrecked car. He had run into a tree before hitting a fire plug, but it was unclear how the windows in his car were smashed. When he was coherent and asked about it, he explained that his wife had tried to break him out of the car with one of his golf clubs, but that didn't explain how he crashed. Neither he of is wife disclosed any additional information.

It's almost been a week since the accident and numerous theories of what might have happened has been circulating in the media and on the Internet, much to the chagrin of the athlete. Pleading with everyone to respect his family's privacy, the athlete has daily released more and more information intended to stop the rumor mill, but has not to date filled in all the blanks in the story. Most suspect the husband's infidelity was somehow discovered by the wife who then came after him with a club. This is something denied by the husband until several women came forth with evidence to prove his long standing infidelity. The story is still developing, but the more we learn about the man at the center of the controversy, the more we learn that a liar can't tell lies fast enough to keep up with the truth.

Pray it
We know that lying leads to more lies which ultimately ends in a twisted trail of deception that separates us, Lord. We need you more today than ever and the least we can do is be honest, admit our sin and turn from it.
