I love the fact that God put all the answers in the back of his book. Live it The Old Testament prophets spoke God's word. They didn't interpret it or try to spin it, but simply said what God told them without the window dressing. Sometime it was forthtelling and other times foretelling, but there was one way to know when someone was a true prophet. When their words were proven true, they were not killed. I guess you can imagine what happened on the other hand. These days all prophets are forthtellers in that they speak the unaltered, plain, simple and uncompromising words of Scripture - period. There is no longer any need for foretelling because John finished the work in Revelation by answering all the lingering questions with the one Word answer, Jesus. Pray it Resources 1. One-minute
