I love the fact that God put all the answers in the back of his book.

Live it
A rhetorical question doesn't need an answer for the proposition is its purpose. But when a question is asked and someone waits for an answer that never comes and is never given by the person asking, it's can be frustrating. Then there's the question someone asks but has no clue of the correct answer. Aren't you glad the Bible never leaves a need unanswered, a problem unsolved or a doubt flapping in the wind.

The Old Testament prophets spoke God's word. They didn't interpret it or try to spin it, but simply said what God told them without the window dressing. Sometime it was forthtelling and other times foretelling, but there was one way to know when someone was a true prophet. When their words were proven true, they were not killed. I guess you can imagine what happened on the other hand. These days all prophets are forthtellers in that they speak the unaltered, plain, simple and uncompromising words of Scripture - period. There is no longer any need for foretelling because John finished the work in Revelation by answering all the lingering questions with the one Word answer, Jesus.

Pray it
Praise Your Name Lord. You are the Answer to every question I ever had, the Fulfillment of every question I've ever asked, the Hope of my life and the Great and Almighty Finisher of everything we leave undone.
