Wisdom - the gift that keeps on giving.

Live it
If there was ever a time when it should be easy to understand wisdom, it has to be Christmas. Conventional wisdom is the combining of experience and knowledge to do what seems right. However, wisdom that comes from God is choosing to see things from his point of view. Consider what things were like 2,000 years ago. It was dark and hopeless. Man had one reason for living, and that was to satisfy his lust. He lived a short while and died without hope. That is, until God in human form was born of Mary in Bethlehem.
At Jesus' birth, the God's light pierced the darkness that long held man in bondage to sin, death and the grave. As he grew we came to see who he was and thirty three years later why he came. He did it to bring hope to the hopeless, in this life and the next, something we can't even fathom, much less do on our own. Jesus, my friend, is Hope, but until you do what He would do, you're still in the dark - even though you see a little Light.
Pray it
Thank you for Christmas time, the season I recall your love everytime I see a star, a manger or a tree.
