Live it
In an attempt to show ourselves fair and reasonable, this generation is responsible for tearing down everything good. We do that by discounting God's law and living according to our lawless and sinful nature. In so doing, we make bad decisions and act like we've done a good thing. We ridicule anyone who disagrees with us and applaud anyone who does something contrary to what's good and virtuous. Anything that exposes our wrong-doing is viewed as biased and unfair. We even rewrite school textbooks so our children will be included in our deception.

It's not just the world that spinning out of control, spiraling toward self-destruction. Most mainstream churches have promoted this self-serving lifestyle for a long time and even smaller congregations are imprisoned in similar chains of the status quo. Is it too late for us? If you think so, I remind you that Jesus' message from 2,000 years ago is still reverberating and liberating today. He said, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."(3) His words may be dismissed, mocked, ridiculed, rewritten, hidden or discarded, but they're still true and will be forever, proving you can't change the unchangeable. All you can do is ignore it or believe it.

Pray it
May the Truth and nothing but the Truth guide me today.
