Sorrow is better than laughter because, in spite of a sad face, the heart can be joyful.

Live it
If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands. If you've been in church much, especially around kids, you know I'm quoting the lyrics of a popular song. But you also know, that sometimes you just don't feel happy and you certainly don't feel like singing. We all experience ups and downs, but it seems sometimes the downs stick around longer than the ups.

It's been said the more a person keeps a bad attitude, the more his face retains a look consistent with it. One thing for certain, no one likes disappointment, but without God in your life, other things like depression, gloom and despair, move in too. Now, if you look in a mirror and see physical evidence of your bad attitude, understand that you alone are responsible for it. And if you claim to have a relationship with Jesus, then what you are proving is the fact you don't pray much, if at all.

Pray it
The joy of the Lord is my strength, my hope and expectation is in Him, who has never forsaken or failed me. Blessed be the Name of the Lord.
