Live it.
A few years ago, I created a product line for my door business that exceeded that of my competition. I did it by considering their styles as my starting place. Then I added designs they didn't offer
. On completion, I showed my new catalog to my wife, hoping to hear, "Wow, that's nice!" Instead she said, "With all the choices you offer, customers may have a hard time deciding which one to choose." Not the response I desired, but after a couple of years, I learned my wife was right. I reduced the size of my catalog by 50%, and found it accomplished the same thing, faster and at a lower production cost. Some might say I learned that too much choice creates confusion. What I learned and still learning is to listen carefully to the voice of constructive criticism, expecially when it comes from your wife.

Everyone is different, no question about that! We vary in appearance, character, emotion and conviction, just to mention a few things. But what most fail to recognize if the fact we believers share the same Spirit who came into our life to remind us we're part of God's forever family. We change, but He never does. Is it surprising then, that the world can't see God's love because our failed attempt to love each other unconditionally keeps getting in the way?

Pray it
Make us one Father. Enlarge our number, but decrease our subtractive variations.

Some might say I learned what's important to one person may not be important to the next. But, what I really learned was to listen to constructive criticism.
