You'll never do anything until you start. 3311

Live it..
I'm amazed when I consider what God can do with availability. 3,311 and counting, is the number of times I've sat down and written what God was showing me. At fourteen years of age, I sat in my bedroom at home and read what Solomon asked God. Was it really possible to ask for and get discernment? And what does a runny-nosed kid in the twentieth century do with it? I'll never rule over anyone nor have any worldly riches to control anything. Even today I'm still trying to figure it out, but meanwhile I'll continue to invest what He gives me in this cyber journal.
This morning as I left for work, I considered relating the devotional process and this afternoon, in preparation for Sunday, Solomon gave me a handoff. You need to understand I seldom know what I'll write before I sit down and start. I meditate on the reference Scripture to see, not just the obvious, but what most miss. Then I consider if anything in my life is relative. If so, I use it; otherwise I start writing without knowing where I'm going. The more I write, the more the message takes shape. Usually I can't write fast enough, so I keep going without regard for spelling, grammar, etc until done. The rest I can't explain. Afterwards, I look back and am amazed how the story relates in a way I never planned. I'd say more, but I've already told you more than I know. And sorry for using so many personal pronouns, because if you haven't figured it out by now, it's not me doing it!
Pray it
I don't understand it, but even if no one else takes notice, I do, and that's enough to keep doing it.
