Today's Scripture: "For this cause everyone who is godly shall pray to You in a time when You may be found; surely in a flood of great waters they shall not come near him." Ps 32:6

See it.

Did you see that?

Live it.

Since door work has been my job for twelve years, I can look back with perspective on what was. It was not even a month ago (March 17) when I installed my last door. Now I am using my brain in front of a computer rather than my brawn to do heavy work outside.

The sun is shining and no rain, sleet or snow is expected to fall today. But in the past, harsh weather would almost always signal someone calling to ask for my immediate help. Now that I think of it, I can't remember a day when roads iced over that I didn't get up and get out to install doors. It might be hard for some to understand, but when I needed cash, I would pray for bad weather. And God never failed to deliver and protect me.

Pray it.

I'm learning to depend on You, Lord, so I can be dependable.
