Today's Scripture: "He who begets a scoffer does so to his sorrow, and the father of a fool has no joy." Pr. 17:21

5562. Youth can be the religion of invincibility. JG

See it.

Family faux

Live it.

Parents are to be applauded for raising godly children, although there is no guarantee a child of godly parents will stay on that path. Looking at examples in the Bible, it seems that no degree of godly living on the part of the parent can lead to a godly child. Strangely enough, many godly people have come from the worst of parents and some genuine fools have come from pastors and evangelists. Simply stated, every child is a work in progress who makes his or her own choice to be what they want. Still, you can't stop grieving parents from the pain of seeing their children make wrong choices and become a sad statistic of sinful living.

Pray it.

The best decision I've made as a parent, God, was aspiring to be a good child.
