Today's Scripture: "Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together." Ps. 34:3

Calling all psalmists.
It's my long-stated desire to teach people how to pray. I will have probably angered someone with that statement before I can explain it, but I continue. Obsessed with the psalmists and doubtful I was one, God stirred my creative juices and in my mind, stepped back to watch what I would do with it. It's doubtful that many will see this. Fewer will understand it and even fewer will do it. But here is the process:
Paying attention to things around me (Hebrews 2:1), I take pictures of most everything. Sitting down last night for dinner with my wife, I couldn't ignore a knot in the tabletop and captured it with my camera. While conversing with her and enjoying a good meal, my mind dug for gold in that knot as it relates to Scripture. Celebrating our 37th anniversary, our marriage has been like that tabletop, a series of knots in the grain of life that God brought us through (Rom 8:28; 1 Cor 10:13). Today, I magnify God by sharing this praise with you who can probably say the same things as me. My journal would record the event, "You are not only in everything, God, but the more I look at You, the larger You get and the more reason I have to praise you with my brothers (para. Ps 34:3).
Nothing compares to You, God, but You are in everything—if I look.
