See it.

Planned disaster

Live it.

Drawings and specifications are necessary for any new construction. They not only instruct how something is to be done but gives the owner a way to keep architects and contractors honest. How well I know this because nearly every day for the past few weeks I have been talking about revisions and revising drawings for product. All this was necessary because the most recent drawings and architect's notes on my submission drawings were not given to me before approving our shop to build actual product, some of which has been rejected.

It's important to learn from a mistake or you will surely be doomed to repeat it. So, what was the problem? It was the failure to know what the architect expected, presumption of having proper instruction and acting on verbal instruction from "above." Come to think of it, those are very things I've come to trust in my relationship with God and distrust in my dealings with men.

Pray it.

I trust Your word, God, and have found it explicit, implicit and intuitive.
