Today's Scripture: "But by what means he now sees we do not know, or who opened his eyes we do not know. He is of age; ask him. He will speak for himself.” Jn 9:21

It's frustrating to have someone make decisions for you who never asks what you think. This is true in every aspect of life, but especially true in church. The Reformation was the name given the work of men like Martin Luther who believed Scripture gave ordinary people the right to contact God directly. His sacrifice led to the protestant revolution as we know it.
We should be grateful to those who stood up for us and resisted the status quo at great personal cost. That raises a question: What is it that is so important that you are willing to risk everything to see it accomplished?
Regardless the cost, I pledge allegiance to the Lamb of God before anything else.
