Today's Scripture: "He answered them, 'I told you already, and you did not listen. Why do you want to hear it again? Do you also want to become His disciples?'” Jn 9:27

When a group of people gather together, it's expected they hear something that makes the time worth the investment and generates action. But when all you hear is rhetoric and lofty euphemism with no plan of action, it's wasted time (Acts 17:21). Now, if you are in the room and hear that, you may look for a way out hoping no one asks you why you left. But there may be times when the topic deserves attention and you say something that needed to be said, but making you the target of action. Facetious statements are used all the time to call to question another person's real intentions. Just make sure when you use them that yours are the right intentions.
Show me Your ways, LORD, so I will change mine to match.
