Today's Scripture: "The Lord redeems the soul of His servants, and none of those who trust in Him shall be condemned." Ps 34:22

It was never made public, but years ago my wife was one of a few ladies who dedicated themselves to daily helping a friend unable to help herself. That individual was able to continue telling of her experience with the Lord. You might say the servants who helped her behind the scenes enabled her public ministry. I am certain that appreciation was expressed for their service. My own experience was similar but I never got a word of appreciation from the preacher I helped. It's a good thing I wasn't looking for it. I will thank anyone for opening a door for me. Servants look for ways to serve God by helping others without being being thanked or being recognized.
The greatest privilege I have is to quietly serve You, God.
