Today's Scripture: "and their forty sockets of silver: two sockets under each of the boards." Ex 26:21
5746. Storage is good unless you're saving junk. JG
As important as the Tabernacle and all its elements were, the means for securing and storing it all was equally so. Last night the 2017 Passion Play ended and even before we finished singing, directions for breaking everything down were given. Today the set and every prop will be neatly packed in a 40 foot container which will be parked until it's needed again. The building where the play was performed will by the end of the week have little to no evidence of having been there.
Footprints are important to bot only let us know where we've been, but establish our plans for where we will go and what we will do next. That principle was the underlying reason for developing the TODO Project Manager. But like the materials for the Passion Play, unless I actually use something, it's history and is put away until it's thrown away, or you forget where you put it.
Help me remember, God, that I'm a servant before a manager or custodian.
