Doorman needed

Live it.

The most satisfying thing I did when my business door was open was to fabricate special doors with spiritual significance. Today, those probably mean more to me than those on whose house they stand. But two years ago I stopped making and installing those and all metal doors.

After years of advertising my brand and promoting my door service, I didn't want the phone to ring. Instead I wanted a friend in the business to benefit from my customer base and years of advertising. What I didn't know was my friend would assume my business name as well as keep his own. It would have probably been better to let my business phone number die when I retired. Last night confusion again arose as to me, my old business phone number and if I'm not the Door Man, who is. I can see that as long as my old number is active, I will be on call. In other words, the door is only closed part way and not shut.

Pray it.

Everything holy has Your fingerprints on it, Lord, and calls me into service.
