Today's Scripture:“This Moses whom they rejected, saying, ‘Who made you a ruler and a judge?’ is the one God sent to be a ruler and a deliverer by the hand of the Angel who appeared to him in the bush." Acts 7:35

See it.

Live it.

A good makeup artist can make a person look like someone else even to those who know the their true identity. It never ceases to amaze me how the simplest of cosmetic alterations can achieve stunning results. While I'm no expert in the art, I recently attempted to look like a certain animated character. While there was no way to reproduce certain digital enhanced features, I was able to add a prosthetic nose, bushy white eye brows and large square glasses to my spiked hair-do. My confirmation of a good first try came in the way of confusing my youngest daughter. She saw my video posting on YouTube and knew I had posted it but wasn't convinced who the character was. She eventually figured it out and then covered her surprise by saying she didn't think my delusion had advanced to that state.

The current generation of Jews hadn't seen Moses or Almighty God face to face. But they believed the testimony of their fathers before them who believed their fathers before them and so on. Their perception was founded in faith in their fathers, not personal experience. Truth be known, had Moses walked up to them in the flesh, they wouldn't know him. The point is you can only truly know someone by spending time with them. Anything less is a recipe for a false narrative.

Pray it.

I desire to put on the Spirit so the world will not recognize me but see, You, Jesus.
