Yardstick connect

Live it.

I watched the countdown on my computer informing me I had so many seconds before shutdown. All the hundreds of hours using the software program and I've never noticed that small counter before today. When I realized it was my FTP connection being shutdown and not my Internet, I let it go to zero. Even though the connection was closed, the next time I want to upload data to the prayertower site, it will open back up and then count down again. The reason for timed shutdown of FTP is to limit the time a hacker has to get in through the connection to my computer and do damage to my data.

Similar to a countdown, I've used the Yardstick method with PSL (Prayer Sign Language) for years to prayer walk. After counting my steps around something I was praying for, I'd equate it to yardage and use the number to pray for that place after that. The dimensions of Noah's ark, the Ark of the Covenant, the Tabernacle and the Temple are not casual dimensions but significant and related. That bears the question: have we closed open ends of our lives to mark and measure God's property? Most won't do it, but most people won't pray either.

Pray it.

Everything I have belongs to You, God, and measuring it confirms it.
