One of my weaknesses might be my tendency to quit before I'm finished. I could give many reasons for my problem, but the main one is unique to my calling as a writer. I can turn a story with one sentence and have difficulty knowing when to end a story. And other times I am not committed to what someone else started and if engaged, I will quietly jump ship knowing the project was dead before it started. Then there is the likelihood I will start other projects before I finish the one on which I'm working.
With several projects on the board, I often pause one to work on another. The good news is things still get done (in time) and I've always got something new to perk my interest. The bad news is by prioritizing projects, I possibly expose some to never see completion. I'm going to stop writing this and do something else now.
Thank You, God, for seeing the work started in me to completion.
