Today's Scripture: "This You have seen, O Lord; Do not keep silence. O Lord, do not be far from me." Ps 35:22

See it.

And personal

Live it.

On a recent visit to Philadelphia, MS for the State Fair, I had the strangest experience. The fair resembles both New Orleans at Mardis Gras, a craft fair and a giant sleep over camping trip. For one week a year families live together in what could be called a nice, but very expensive zero-lot line cabin. I was amazed to take a short walk and be introduced to my friend's extended family that lived in other near by cabins.

Later I was surprised to walk a few feet from New York Giant football star Eli Manning. He was sitting on a bench in front of his parent's cabin scratching his bare feet. That afternoon we walked past the back of that cabin and saw his brother Peyton's car. Think of it, we were within feet of famous people, but it might as well have been a thousand miles. That's because we would never think of invading their privacy to actually meet them. As I walked away, I prayed silently and thanked the Creator of heaven and earth for living in me and welcomed Him to invade my privacy any time He wishes.

Pray it.

Who is like You, Holy Spirit, who walks and talks with someone like me?
