Today's Scripture: "Let them not say in their hearts, Ah, so we would have it! Let them not say, We have swallowed him up." Ps 35:25

5919. It's natural for a lazy mind to find fault with one that's not. JG

See it.

Bumbling rumbling

Live it.

As is the case with so many athletes today, the football player ran for a touchdown more concerned for his celebration than his score. He outran the competition to the goal line, or so he thought, but loosely dangled the football for another player faster than him to knock it out of his hand from behind. What happened next wasn't as important as his arrogant mistake was captured on video. For the rest of his life the world will laugh at him using the playback as an example of what not to do.

The danger most young people face today is scary. They don't need someone to do something to embarrass them as they do it to themselves. Without regard for how things will be used against them, they post lurid and provocative photographs on social media. Trying to impress friends they try to look and sing like pop musicians and act like Hollywood idols thinking no harm can come. What's scarier is a parent who dismisses such activity and sometimes even encourages it. It seems some enemies will say they love you while hurting you.

Pray it.

Remind us, Father, when we're outside the boundary your word establishes.
