Today's Scripture: ". . . the third row, a jacinth, an agate, and an amethyst;" Ex 28:19

5959. Chaos is the absence of planning, sometimes confused with messy. JG

See it.

Sign, sealed and delivered

Live it.

It's common to pay little for merchandise as long as you pay shipping costs. So it made sense to separate a box of 12 pieces of chalk from its board and ship them alone in an oversized box (picture). The games that retailers play at the customer's expense. Still, what use is a chalkboard without chalk?

The breast plate of the Jewish High Priest was significant and stones were placed in four rows to signify the twelve sons of Jacob. Zircon, as jacinth is called today, was first on the third row and could have been any color from blue to golden or red-brown. One thing we know, like the other stones it was unique, beautiful and significant. If the plate were shipped today, it would be in thirteen boxes, one for the breast plate itself and twelve others in over-sized boxes for each stone. Instructions for assembly would be included with the plate, written by the Chinese manufacturers in Spanish and delivered somewhere by USPS.

Pray it.

Not first nor last, I'm just thankful to be in the flock and belong to You, Blessed Shepherd.
