Today's Scripture: "And the other two ends of the two braided chains you shall fasten to the two settings, and put them on the shoulder straps of the ephod in the front." Ex 28:25

See it.

Meeting place

Live it.

After covering the basics of salvation for three weeks I like to focus on what might spark men in rehab to take action. That's made harder because by 6pm the men have attended several classes, had dinner and are winding down for the evening. Last night, attention was high, however, because the subject of God's will for their life inspired several men to ask questions. It interested me as well.

My father died years ago and my mom in 2000. I had long term plans to close my business, pack my things and move anywhere to start over in a new place, around new people doing new things. But my wife and I would wait until after her parents were gone to do it. Where we went didn't matter to me. This was my last great adventure and I dreamed and talked about it constantly for years. The time finally came but we didn't move because my wife might have shared my dream but not my resolve. Update: I am convinced that when I'm filled with the Spirit, God's will follows me and not the other way around.

Pray it.

Thank You, God, that You never keep anything from me if I ask.
