Today's Scripture: "There shall be an opening for his head in the middle of it; it shall have a woven binding all around its opening, like the opening in a coat of mail, so that it does not tear." Ex 28:32

There it was, a container of breath mints in the console. It was just what I needed after eating those onions. So I picked up the container and pressed where the mints were supposed to come out, but they didn't. After trying unsuccessfully to gain access, I searched for an alternative opening to that faulty design. My conclusion was to disassemble the sturdy plastic container at the joint. After much time and frustration I had my mints and then carefully put the halves back together.

That container stayed in the console for some time before my wife picked it up and pulled a restraining member from the device. As she poured out a mint for both of us, I'm certain she wondered why so many mints were missing, but I wasn't talking. I was wondering, however, why we make some things harder than they need to be.

Pray it.

Thank You, God, for the Way You provided to give me access to You.
