6037. With all the cyber hype, face to face wins. JG
Last night, my wife and I drove to a store newly opened in a prime location. The building was previously a restaurant and was converted to a Verizon store. It was interesting that during the hour we were there, no other customers came in the store. Hopefully the new franchise venture will find enough customers to reward their investment.
Having been in retail sales for many years, I can confirm the success of any business is enabled by location, location, location. The trick is to have enough capital to pay for a good location and wait for anticipated sales to kick in. Of course the services you offer must be worth what people pay, or location, location, location translates to going, going, gone.
There's nothing known to man that equals spending face time with You, Jesus.
