Devotional - Sunday, January 7, 2018 7/358

Today's Scripture: "Therefore those who were scattered went everywhere preaching the word." Acts 8:4
6047. Sadly, it sometimes takes bad to reveal good. JG

See it.

Key to success

Live it.

The first church learned what we today are slow to admit. What I mean is things don't generally get better until they get worse. Saul persecuted the church, but instead of the believers running in fear, they ran and made more believers. In their distress, the kingdom of God advanced.

I was not excited to learn I had network issues, but when it stopped working, I called and spoke to a technician and before I hung up, things were better than before. First, I got a ORG domain name for TOWER at $60 which included encryption for a year. I then pointed NET to ORG and learned I could move two domains to another server and save $180/year. All of this became reality when I started having problems. It wasn't persecution I experienced but motivation to do something I wouldn't have done otherwise.

Pray it.

Thank You, God, for turning my trouble into blessing and teaching me a valuable lesson in the process.
