Having recently purchased a newer automobile, I will share my frustration with you. There is a amber-colored indicator on the dash that reveals when the car sees a problem with tire pressure. This morning I tested my tires and concluded one is slowly losing pressure. Still, I admit that my first inclination was to learn how to disable this new-car "feature."
Maybe frustration was not the right word choice now that I'm regularly checking my tire pressure. I had the same problem with wearing a mandatory seat-belt. Looking back, however, I've found wearing one has saved my life more than once. This morning, I celebrate God's word for being consistently consistent regardless of my inconsistency. Still, I have to stop and read it to come to that conclusion, no?
Thank You, God, for teaching me to pay attention when I wasn't.
