6075. There is never so much bad that Good can't cover it. JG
The message was confusing. Stopped at an intersection behind a car, my wife and I read its license plate "IASK4MO," and laughed. Driving a high-priced car of prestige, it appeared the owner could be either happy or sad. They seemed to be bragging about getting a prize, or complaining because the prize wasn't big enough. Either way, it was funny that someone would reveal their arrogance for the rest of us to mock.
There's no doubt many people were sad yesterday to be happy today before becoming sad again tomorrow. That's why the joy of our salvation is so amazing. We don't depend on favorable circumstances to make us happy, but rejoice regardless.
Thank You, God, for joy, that is not affected by my emotions.
