The discussion is always interesting when two people meet to plan standing together in front of other people. Individuality is expected but contradiction is not. In the case of pastor and worship leader, the conversation can be most interesting. Doctrine is primary and style is secondary, but what one person does to highlight what the other does not, can be troublesome for both. If you can't read between my lines, I'm speaking of what you do with your hands in church. Too bad Scripture doesn't speak on the subject (1Tim 2:8).
